Printing

Our prints are limited edition, gallery quality screen-prints on archival, wood free, acid free paper using archival UV inks. They are delivered unframed, signed and numbered by the artist Michael Chalberg and include the Idolsforsale.com blind emboss stamp.

To safeguard your investment, avoid excessive handling and frame your artwork under glass soon after delivery to protect the image surface from the environment. Avoid hanging the work where it will be exposed to direct sunlight or sources of direct heat or dampness.

Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide. All prints are delivered in a strong 100mm diameter cardboard tube. Our shipments should arrive within 7–14 working days from receipt of payment. If your print has not arrived within 14 working days of payment please contact us at info@idolsforsale.com with your order number and we will investigate.

Our international shipments are sent Par Avion, International Air Mail. Please note that all shipments outside of New Zealand may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer. Idols for Sale Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If your order does incur import duties and taxes by your local customs authority in your country, then these will need to be paid direct by you to them or the courier company before they will release your shipment to you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. By purchasing a print from our website, you agree to indemnify Idols for Sale Ltd in full in respect of any such duties and taxes. For sales within New Zealand, GST is included in the total price.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 working days, in its original condition, for a refund or a replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense and we recommend using registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.

Privacy

Idols for Sale Ltd is committed to respecting your privacy. We will never share any of your details with any third party. If you are on our mailing list you will only receive emails from us about new prints or offers, and you can remove yourself at any time from our mailing list by sending a blank email with "Unsubscribe Mailing List" in the subject line to info@idolsforsale.com.
